MyL‑O 2 introduces a thoughtful set of improvements that refine the MyLine Opener experience in both form and function. With a cleaner interface, a new productivity tool, and enhanced performance across the board, MyLine Opener continues to evolve — simply and beautifully.

What’s New in MyL‑O 2

1. Refreshed Window Controls

To deliver a more universal visual language and improved clarity across all user environments, MyLine Opener now features redesigned window control icons:

• Full-Screen: The “#” symbol has been replaced with the standardized ⛶ icon.
• Close: The traditional “X” icon has been refined to the typographically accurate ×.

These subtle changes create a more harmonious user interface — one that feels instantly familiar and more in line with contemporary visual standards.

2. Smarter Trash Behavior

The desktop experience is now cleaner and less cluttered. The Trash icon — once permanently present — will now auto-hide and appear only when the cursor hovers over its location. This ensures minimal distraction while maintaining full functionality.

3. Dock Improvements

The Dock has been optimized for readability and usability:

• Application names are now displayed more clearly.
• Icons are cleaner, crisper, and more consistent.
• The result is a sleeker and more intuitive navigation experience across all MyLine programs.

4. Introducing MyLine Files

We’re proud to introduce an entirely new program: MyLine Files.

• Store and manage files securely — directly within your browser.
• Files remain intact even after a full Opener restart.
• No external accounts, no cloud dependency — just simple, private file management, powered by local web technologies.

MyLine Files redefines what a browser-based file system can be — and it’s built entirely for you.

5. Performance Gains

Under the hood, we’ve made significant performance enhancements. In particular:

• ROEGA™ GameWare now runs more smoothly than ever before.
• Frame stability, responsiveness, and loading times have all been improved.

MyL‑O 2 is available as a free update for all current MyLine Opener users.

To update, simply open the System Settings app and navigate to Software Update.
